At present, the demand for sand and gravel aggregates in infrastructure construction is increasing day by day, and the simple production line with small capacity can no longer meet the market demand. According to the messages of friends in the background, there are more sand production lines with production capacities of 300t, 500t, 800t and so on. Therefore, this article first uses the production of about 300t as an example to configure 4 solutions for everyone. If you have doubts in this regard , May wish to refer to one or two.
First of all, we need to have a certain understanding of a production line. The configuration of a common 300t sand production line is shown in the figure:
Medium crushing chooses counterattack breaking or cone breaking, mainly referring to the hardness of your crushed material. Next, we will use limestone and granite (river pebbles) to represent different hardness materials to configure the production line plan.
1. Configuration of limestone 300t/h sand production line (1)
Main equipment: 2 GZD-1100*4200 feeders, 2 PE-600*900 jaw crushers, 2 PF-1214 impact crushers, 2 VSI-8518 vertical shaft impact crushers, 2YK1545 vibrating screen 2 sets, 4YK1548 vibrating screens, 3 XSD3016 sand washing machines
Auxiliary equipment: belt conveyor, the quantity and length need to be determined according to the actual situation of the operation site.
The process flow chart is as follows:
2. Configuration of limestone 300-400t/h sand production line (2)
Finished product size: 0-5, 5-9.5, 9.5-16.5, 16.5-26.5mm
Equipment configuration: F5X1345 vibrating feeder, PEW860 European version jaw breaking, 2 PFW1315Ⅲ counterattack breaking, VSI5X1145, S5X2760-2 vibrating screen, S5X2460-3 vibrating screen
Note: While feeding, the feeder can pre-screen the materials to remove soil.
The process flow chart is as follows:
3. Granite 350-400t/h crushing sand production line configuration
Finished product size: 0-5-10-20-31.5mm
Equipment configuration: F5X1345 feeder, PEW jaw crusher, 2 HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, 2 S5X2460-2 vibrating screens, S5X2460-3 vibrating screens
The process flow chart is as follows:
The granite material for Kaishan blasting is pre-screened by the F5X1345 feeder, and the small material is directly driven into the cone-converted transfer silo. After the jaw is broken and broken, the large material also enters the transfer silo. The transfer silo is loaded with two HPT300 multi-cylinders at the same time. The hydraulic cone is crushed and crushed. The material crushed by the cone is screened by two new S5X2460-2 new vibrating screens. The large material is returned to the cone and crushed, and the finished product is 31.5-40mm. The remaining finished products are screened by another S5X2460-3. Four kinds of finished products such as 0-5-10-20-31.5 are available.
4. 400t/h sand production line configuration of river pebble
Finished product size: 0-5mm fine sand, supply high-speed rail, mixing station
Equipment configuration: PEW860 European version jaw breaking, HST250 single cylinder cone breaking, VSI5X-1145 sand making machine
The process flow chart is as follows:
The raw material of river pebble enters PEW860 for rough crushing, then enters the adjustment silo, enters the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher HST250 for secondary crushing through the belt conveyor, and then enters the adjustment silo. The entry impact of less than 40MM is used to break the VSI5X-1145 to make sand, and the finished product is 0-5MM fine sand.
The above is only represented by limestone and granite (river pebbles), and the configuration scheme is also applicable to other ores of the same hardness. In addition, due to differences in the naming and technical information of equipment from different manufacturers, the product types and models listed in this article are for reference only.
